When I had Comcast I had problems too and I vowed to never get them again. I simply went without cable TV and since I couldn't get my employee package with DISH Network because I lived on the wrong side of the apartment complex to get signal. Now I moved and I have DISH Network coming to install on Thursday. I had it before for about a year and the picture was always so clear. Now I'm getting HD free for life because DISH is such an innovator in making customers happy. We were the first to have free HD you know? So with Comcast my bill was so high it just wasn't worth it any more. I had slow or not working internet constantly and my TV would go out all the time. They finally installed new cabling from the street to the apartments but it took 6 months and asking all of my neighbors to call Comcast and ask them to fix the cables. The irony is that it was fixed just a few weeks before I moved out of that apartment! Cables need to be upgraded and replaced all the time but Dish signals don't need all of that upkeep other than a re-point sometimes.
