For some time now I’ve been kicking around two ideas. One is social networking around the stock market. Basically, the idea here is to share knowledge and facilitate the whole “wisdom of crowds” philosophy for picking stocks. You would be able to see what stocks people are recommending and currently hold. The second focuses on keeping an up-to-date list of Web 2.0 startups with user ratings and reviews. This month I have seen both of these ideas brought to market. I’m not really sure these companies wiill be successful, but it is defintely interesting to see them try. Check them out.
